	1.	To partner with as many agencies in our community as possible to form a collaborative network operating as a full-service facility.
	2.	To provide services to adults, children, and senior citizens.
		To have trained, qualified personnel available to provide individual specialized counseling and case management to victims according to their needs.

II.	Facility Amenities
	1.	To provide meeting rooms where victims can speak with representatives who can give them information and referrals for the specific assistance they require.

	2.	To provide a comfortable, private setting for trained nurses to perform sexual assault exams to collect evidence when needed.
	3.	To provide a library of resources to inform and help educate victims as they regain confidence, self-esteem and control of their lives.
III.	Community Awareness & Outreach
	1.	Provide continuing publicity so victims know there is a place to go for help.
	2.	Maintain a website with information about the Victim Service Center facility, along with detailed information to help victims learn more about domestic violence and violent crimes.
	3.	To form an ongoing community collaboration involving social service agencies, youth organizations, churches, law enforcement, judicial system, schools, corporate entities, health care services, county and local government, community leaders and individuals.
	4.	Offer programs and training to provide ongoing education throughout the community and in the schools regarding not only family violence, but age-related issues such as stranger/danger, safety on the internet, and date rape.
