HOW TO CLEAR YOUR BROWSER HISTORY

Internet Explorer
Netscape Navigator

For PC AOL Version 4.x:

1.  On the toolbar click on MY AOL.
2.  Click Preferences under the My AOL button.
3.  Click on the WWW button.
4.  Click on the Empty Now button in the Cache section.
5.  Change the History section from 300 to 0.
6.  Click on the OK button.
7.  Click on the Toolbar button.
8.  Click on the Clear History Now button.

For Macintosh AOL Version 4.x:

1.  On the toolbar click on MY AOL.
2.  Click on Preferences under the My AOL button.
3.  Click on the WWW button.
4.  Click on the Empty Now button in the Cache section.
5.  Click on the OK button.
6.  Click on the Toolbar button.
7.  Click on the Clear History Trail Now button.

For Macintosh Internet Explorer Version 3.x and 4.x:

1.  Under the Edit menu select Preferences.
2.  Click on the word Advanced.
3.  Click on the Empty Now button in the Cache section.
4.  Change the History section from 300 to 0.
5.  Click on the OK button.
6.  Under the Edit menu select Preferences.
7.  Click on the word Advanced.
8.  Change the History section back to 300.
9.  Click on the OK button.

For PC Internet Explorer Version 4.x:

1.  Under the View menu select Internet Options.
2.  Click on the Clear History button.
3.  Click on the Delete Files button.
4.  Click on the OK button.
5.  Click on the OK button.

For PC Internet Explorer Version 5:

1.  Under the Tools menu select Internet Options.
2.  Click on the Clear History button.
3.  Click on the Delete Files button.
4.  Click on the OK button.
5.  Click on the OK button.

For Netscape Version 3.x:

1.  Under the Options menu select General Preferences.
2.  Click on the Expire Now button.
3.  Click on the OK button.
4.  Under the Options menu select Network Preferences.
5.  Click on the Clear Disk Cache Now button.
6.  Click on the OK button.

For PC Netscape Version 4.x:

1.  Under the Edit menu select Preferences.
2.  Click on the Clear History button.
3.  Click on the plus sign next to the word Advanced.
4.  Click on the word Cache.
5.  Click on the Clear Disk Cache Now button.
6.  Click on the Clear Memory Cache Now button.
7.  Click on the OK button.

For Mac Netscape Version 4.x:

1.  Under the Edit menu select Preferences.
2.  Click on the Expire Now button.
3.  Click on the triangle next to the word Advanced.
4.  Click on the word Cache.
5.  Click on the Clear Disk Cache Now button.
6.  Click on the OK button.
